My Journey Into the Concrete Coatings Industry
Back in mid-2019, I launched my digital agency with a passion for helping businesses grow through smart and effective marketing strategies. Thanks to referrals and 5-star client testimonials, I was able to scale quickly, working with industries such as high-ticket coaching, SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, and real estate investors.
In early 2020, a local concrete coatings company approached me with a unique challenge: they needed a system to automate customer acquisition and quickly increase revenue through social media. I developed what is now known as Coatings On Demand, a custom system that helped them generate over $250,000 in additional revenue in just six weeks. The response was overwhelming—they had to scale back ad spend because their crews were fully booked for months!
That moment made me realize the massive value my team and I could bring to the concrete coatings industry. Since then, what began as a one-man operation has grown into a team of 40 (and counting).
